Its patented approach describes incidents as natural-language prompts, so a new type of incident is handled by tuning a prompt instead of retraining a model. It analyses up to 40 channels on ordinary GPUs — no dedicated server — and connects to existing CCTV and VMS installations. MACS was designated an innovative product in 2026, and the company was commended by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for a deployment at a Thai police control centre.
